As a nonprofit founder and leader there are many, many days where I feel 'stuck'. The biggest reason for this is lack of financial support from surrounding communities to help us keep going. We get a lot of 'Good job, love what you guys are doing!' and 'Keep up the great work!' The reality is our biggest donors are founders and direct relatives.
